Barbecue

The “Bulgarian Village” Barbecue will delight the fans of traditional Bulgarian cuisine and delicious Rhodopean dishes with home made sarmi (chopped meat and rice wrapped in vine leaves), potato-dish, Smilyan beans cooked in a clay pot and more. Right in front of you the Chef will prepare for you a savoury cheverme (roasted lamb). The clients will be able to choose between home produced wine, plum brandy and a variety of brand drinks.
